Occupying the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors, Aman Spa New York is imbued with a deeply contemplative ambiance designed using natural materials to create a grounding environment. Every detail has been carefully considered to ease guests along their wellness journey, whether consulting with an integrative medical doctor, being guided through daily movement by one of our talented in-house trainers or embarking on an Aman Signature journey. ​

On arrival, guests are welcomed into the tranquil reception area with its spacious lounge and boutique. Beyond lies three holistic and clinical examination and therapy rooms where on-site practitioners – from Harvard-trained Integrative and Functional Medicine physician, Dr. Robert Graham, to Dr. Christopher Chia and Lisa Metler, PA-C of bodySCULPT - offer a range of non-invasive services. The floor is rounded out by a light-filled Fitness Centre with a private Assessment Studio, as well as a Cryotherapy Chamber Studio for recovery.​

Within the floor below lies the, 20-metre (65 foot) heated swimming pool with lounging areas and fire pits. Elegant changing rooms lead to a sauna, steam room, and rain showers, sat alongside a Yoga and Pilates Studio with reformer machines for private sessions. Two luxurious Spa Houses offer the ultimate peaceful escape, each allowing for a private journey, featuring either a Hammam – a marble steam room, or a spacious Banya – a wood-clad sauna, and offering its own double treatment room. ​​

The final floor is designed for optimisation and emotional wellness, housing seven tranquil treatment rooms to enjoy a variety of spa experiences including facials, massages, wraps and scrubs. For finishing touches, a hair and nail salon, in partnership with John Barret, offers nail services, hairstyling, cutting, and colour treatments.
