Dining at Amanyara

Amanyara’s cuisine fuses the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean with Asian refinement. At dinner, the Restaurant’s seasonal menu takes centre stage, while in the day time, the Beach Club serves oceanfront lunches and snacks on the sand. Private dining can be arranged from 7am to 10pm, in-Pavilion, on the beach, or anywhere in the resort.

The Restaurant

Open daily for breakfast and dinner, the Restaurant offers an Asian-inspired menu every evening, inspired by Aman’s roots in the East. Served overlooking tranquil reflection ponds, dishes range from fresh sushi and sashimi by Chef Moriawase, to fragrant curries and favourites such as Miso Black Cod and A4 Japanese Wagyu Beef. Spread over an air-conditioned dining pavilion and an open-air terrace, The Restaurant accepts reservations from both resort guests and visiting diners.

The Beach Club

Ideal for breezy seaside lunches, snacks and relaxed dinners, the Beach Club is set down by the sand with a series of decks that enjoy panoramic ocean views. Serving a Mediterranean style menu that follows Aman’s culinary ethos of seasonal and locally sourced, guests can dine on freshly caught seafood and organic meats cooked over the grill, while nourishing salads, a selection of small plates and woodfired pizzas make for the perfect al fresco lunch.

The Bar

Serving drinks and light meals throughout the day beneath its soaring conical roof, the Bar is as ideal for a morning coffee overlooking the ocean as for sunset cocktails. Don’t miss the Amanyara Mojito – a unique take on the classic topped with champagne is a refreshing antidote to a long day in the sun.

Clase Azul Masterclass

Indulge in a unique collection of tequilas made by Mexican artisans. This November, Clase Azul will host a private, three-day masterclass at Amanyara, with various events taking place in the resort’s central Restaurant and Bar. From a sunset tasting experience to an indulgent, multi-course tequila pairing dinner in collaboration with Amanyara’s Chef, guests will be invited to discover the brand’s premium aged tequilas Añejo and Ultra, in addition to several limited-edition releases
